Licence Dashboard fuels growth plans with appointment of Matt Fisher as sales & marketing director

19 July 2011. Licence Dashboard Ltd. the leading developer of licence management and Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions in the UK, today announced that it has appointed Matt Fisher as its global sales & marketing director.

Fisher is a well-known figure in the SAM market, having previously been vice president of marketing at Centennial Software and then IT Asset Management (ITAM) marketing director at FrontRange Solutions. He has a strong track record in creating effective domestic and international channels for SAM solutions.

I am confident that under his leadership, the sales and marketing teams at Licence Dashboard will achieve even greater successes and we will be able to replicate our domestic achievements in overseas markets.”

The key business goals for Fisher are to strengthen Licence Dashboard’s position in the UK through a more effective channel partner program and to expand its operations into the US and EMEA markets.

Fisher added: “It is a hugely exciting time to be joining Licence Dashboard; the team has already done a fantastic job launching the solution and proving the technology. Now the real challenges are to make Licence Dashboard the de facto licence management solution and introduce our exciting new SAM Portal into the key UK, US and EMEA markets. We will do this through continued product development and a focus on really building and enabling our channel through a new international partner program which offers greater support and training.”

Since its launch in 2006, Licence Dashboard has already become one of the most widely-used software licence management solutions in the UK. The company is wholly owned by the Blenheim Group, based in York.

Outside of working hours, Fisher is a keen triathlete and was recently selected for the Great Britain age group triathlon team and will be heading to the ITU Triathlon World Championships in Beijing in September.
